TCG THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE GREASE LIKE HEAT SINK COMPOUND FOR THERMAL TRANSFER

TCG is a thermally conductive silicone grease formulated with oxide fillers to provide a non melting heat transfer compound with excellent electrical insulation. Designed for use as a heat transfer compound in both the electrical, and the electronic industries, Intek TCG conforms to the guidelines outlined in military specification MIL C-47113B. TCG is an ideal material for use in thermocouple wells, power diodes, transistors, semi-conductors, and as a heat sink compound.
