RTV 382 meets UL94 HB and has NATO NSN-6850-99-519-6905 Flowsil - Self levelling silicone sealant and coating Flowsil is a one part RTV with a non acidic (neutral cure). Use Flowsil as a heavy duty conformal coating to protect and weather proof electronic and electrical equipment. It has excellent electrical insulation properties and high dielectric strength. Flowsil will run around components where standard RTV’s cant. TCG - Thermally conductive silicone grease TCG is an electronics grade silicone compound formulated with oxide fillers to give excellent heat transfer properties. It has excellent electrical insulation properties and will not melt or bleed at high temperatures up to 220C. An excellent heat sink compound meeting MIL C-47113B.

It has excellent electrical insulation properties with the added benefit of being flame retardant to UL94 V1 and a non corrosive alkoxy curing system. Dow Corning DC4 - Silicone electrical compound DC4 is a no melting, water proofing and insulating silicone compound for ignition systems, electronics equipment and block connector terminals.
